Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products (food and health supplements), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or the seal has been broken, unless it is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, opened health supplements, and prescription items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
